Learn to Run with SUPERchick



The SUPERchick LEARN TO RUN programme will commence on Monday 1st February.

What is it?
You can follow the ‘SUPERchick Learn to run’ programme online or in person if you are a London SUPERchick. We will be taking you through a nice gentle programme to have you running a 10k in 6 weeks!

It doesn’t matter what level you are!
Everyone is welcome, even if you have never run before! You do not have to run at a certain pace and certainly within the first few weeks, if you want to walk for a bit, that’s fine by us!

The Goal:
Many SUPERchicks will be taking part in the Audi 10k in Wimbledon on Sunday March 14th and you can too! To join the SUPERchick target simply register for the race at http://www.wimbledon10k.com If you’d like to run with us, email us at events@iamsuperchick.com to tell us that you have registered and we will keep you on the SUPERchick Loop regarding meeting points etc.

Join us in person:

Group Training members of SUPERchick can join our Running Group. We will be meeting every Monday starting from 1st February at 6.30pm. We will meet outside Sloane Square Tube Station.

Each week we will train for approx 1 hour, each time returning to our starting point.

What if I have stuff with me?
You can leave any personal items in the SUPERchick car which will be parked at Sloane Square Tube.

We will gradually be increasing the distance that we run and be learning running techniques and handy information.

What if I am not a Group Training member?
You can join SUPERchick Group Training at iamsuperchick.com. We usually ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months however, those joining the SUPERchick Learn to Run programme will be asked for a minimum commitment of just 2 months for February and March. Should you wish to cancel after you have completed your SUPER goal, you simply have to email us at membership@iamsuperchick.com. With your Group Training membership you also receive access to all our other Group Training sessions and SUPERchick Specials for those months.

Join us online:
You can follow the Learn to Run programme online in your SUPERchick Online Training Locker. Simply download the ‘Learn to Run’ programme in ‘Training Programmes’ within the Events programme file (available from 1st February). If you have any questions you can ask SUPERchick Founder and Training expert Cat Dugdale on expert@iamsuperchick.com. And follow the SUPERchicks completing this programme on the SUPERchick blog, on facebook and on twitter.

For your goal date, mark out a 10k route near you home by using mapmyrun.com and complete a 10k alongside all other SUPERchicks on Saturday March 14th at 11:00!!

The Online Training Programme will be available to download into your Training Locker from the 1st Feb. As a Group Training member you will be able to attend any of the Group Training classes from the moment you sign up, including Female Fight Club and Pilates.
