SUPERchicks we have taken the advice of the iron lady and put ourselves through the most gruelling brainstorming sessions, powered by Prosecco, desperately trying to think of any potential problems you may encounter whilst experiencing SUPERchick.

- What does SUPERchick Park Training subscription include?

Subscribe to SUPERchick Park Training and you’ll automatically get online membership, for a breakdown of what you get by being an online member take a look at SUPERchick Private Online Locker subscription FAQ. SUPERchick Park Training membership also means you’ll have unlimited access to all our outdoor activity across London.
- Park Training launches in Battersea Park and Hurlingham Park this May. Activity is based around the 3 SUPERchick Seasons:
January – April: SUPERcharged SUPERchick
May – August: SUPERchick BIKINI BABE
September – December: SUPERchick Cocktail PARTY PRINCESS
- Launching with the SUPERchick Bikini Babe Season, the park training classes will target all areas that needs addressing when sporting a skimpy bikini. What we’re talking about SUPERchicks is honing and toning the abdominals, butt and thighs.
- The class consists of various different fitness stations to incorporate both cardio and resistance exercises.
- All levels of SUPERchick are welcome. You’ll be able to work at your own pace and build your fitness, strength and tone at your own rate.
- SUPERchick Park Training is launching within 5 further parks in June 2008:

- I’m not very fit and am just a beginner will I fit in?
- Can I try a SUPERchick Park Training session before I sign up?

Yes. Please come along to any class which suits you and inform the instructor you’re there to give it a go. You will be asked to fill out a personal details form and a health questionnaire but that’s just admin, it won’t tie you in, unless of course you want to be tied in then it’ll make things easier later for sign up.
- What should I wear?

Slip into something comfortable SUPERchicks. We suggest layers, jogging bottoms or leggings, something warm to wrap up in after the session and a good pair of running shoes or trainers.
Summer: Wear light clothing to keep you cool, however, do remember a warmer layer in case the evening becomes cooler for getting home. A hat in the summer is probably not a bad idea to protect you from the sun. Tans are out anyway so embrace a more fashionable, pale and interesting you.
Winter: You can always take layers off SUPERchicks but not if you don’t have them in the first place so wear plenty. Training in winter months is rewarding but can be bracing so bring something to keep you toasty even it means compromising your fashion sense to accommodate a woolly hat, gloves and thermals if necessary.
Wet weather: Training in the rain can actually be quite liberating but bear in mind how you’re going to get to and from SUPERchicks sessions when its chucking it down. We recommend layers, waterproofs and an umbrella.
The best thing is to arrive in your kit ready to go, as park changing facilities may be limited.

Yes but make sure you advise us of your circumstances.
You may freeze your membership for a minimum period of a month. Please download the relevant membership freeze form, fill in your details and email it back to us at membership@iamsuperchick.com or send it via the traditional method to SUPERchick HQ.
- I am pregnant, can I join SUPERchick Park Training classes?
- I have a niggling injury who should I see?

If you do have an injury or niggling ache SUPERchick suggests you see a physiotherapist. SUPERchick works in association with Health & Fitness Solutions who have several clinics across London. - What does SUPERchick Online Training include?
SUPERchick Online Training is a private online fitness locker facility providing an interactive platform for you to keep your fitness in check and you accountable for what you do and don’t do SUPERchicks. It is good to look at, easy to use and covers every aspect to help you achieve your targets and goals in the most fun way possible. - Goals - To achieve the best results SUPERchicks set yourself a goal on our goals page. We don’t care what it is. Here you can enter events, parties, weddings, anything that gives you a kick up the backside to get your training programme started.
- Training Programme - Our "Training Programme" page is where you get to decide exactly what you want from your fitness regime. - SUPERchick Science - Here’s the science bit. "SUPERchick Science" gives you the low down on how to look after yourselves. We provide advice on health matters, injury concerns, icky issues from the waist down and where we can’t help further we’ll put you in touch with people who can.
- Events List - SUPERchick has put together an "Events List" so you don’t have to spend hours researching the best fitness events throughout the year. Have a look at our short-list and use the links to access registration to these events. Once you’re signed up add these events to your "Goals" page.
- Capsule Kitchen - "Capsule Kitchen" is our SUPERchick offering whether you’re a Nigella or Bridget in the kitchen. Here you can feed off, metaphorically speaking, our nutritional advice, "lunch-box" suggestions, ready meal of the week and our resident SUPERcook Thomasina Miers recipe of the week.

Yes you can but the card you use to make a payment must be able to debit in Sterling. The cards SUPERchick accepts are:
