Slip into something comfortable SUPERchicks. We suggest layers, jogging bottoms or leggings, something warm to wrap up in after the session and a good pair of running shoes or trainers.
Summer: Wear light clothing to keep you cool, however, do remember a warmer layer in case the evening becomes cooler for getting home. A hat in the summer is probably not a bad idea to protect you from the sun. Tans are out anyway so embrace a more fashionable, pale and interesting you.
Winter: You can always take layers off SUPERchicks but not if you don't have them in the first place so wear plenty. Training in winter months is rewarding but can be bracing so bring something to keep you toasty even it means compromising your fashion sense to accommodate a woolly hat, gloves and thermals if necessary.
Wet weather: Training in the rain can actually be quite liberating but bear in mind how you're going to get to and from SUPERchicks sessions when its chucking it down. We recommend layers, waterproofs and an umbrella.
The best thing is to arrive in your kit ready to go, as park changing facilities may be limited.
