The SUPERchick class will follow the form of a pre-choreographed 45-60 minute circuit style class designed specifically for women utilising both resistance and cardio stations. So yes, lots of jumping up and down. Classes will run in conjunction with the three corresponding SUPERchick seasons that the website training programmes follow so that everything is nicely coordinated.
