Learn to Run with SUPERchick

What is it?

You can follow the ‘SUPERchick Learn to Run’ programme online or in person if you are a London SUPERchick. We will be taking you through a nice gentle programme to have you running a 10k in 5 weeks!

It doesn’t matter what level you are!

Everyone is welcome, even if you have never run before! You do not have to run at a certain pace and certainly within the first few weeks, if you want to walk for a bit, that’s fine by us!
If you are a seasoned runner we will be pushing you too, no-one will be too fast, and NO-ONE will be too slow, we are here to make you better from whatever level you start at.

The Goal:

SUPERchick will be holding their very own 5k & 10k run in Richmond Park on Saturday 30th October at 10.00am, with a well deserved celebratory breakfast.

(Group Training members not attending ‘Learn to Run’ sessions are welcome to join the SUPERchick Fun Run, please email info@iamsuperchick.com to sign up.)

Where & When are the ‘Learn to Run’ sessions?:

We will be meeting every Monday at 6.30pm from 27th Sept. We will meet outside Sloane Square tube station.

Each week we will train for approx 1 hour, each time returning to our starting point.

You can leave any personal items in the SUPERchick car which will be parked at Sloane Square tube. Please bring only the necessary.

We will gradually be increasing the distance that we run and be learning running techniques and handy information.

There is a total of 5 weeks leading up to the SUPERchick Fun Run.

Online Training Support?:

With your classes you will be given a SUPERchick Online Training Locker where you can log your progress and follow your workouts online.

How do I register?:

The ‘Learn to Run’ programme is FREE to all Group Training members. RSVP via the Group Training page

Not a Group Training Member?  You have 2 options:

‘Learn To Run’ and Fun Run
Details: £40 for 5 training sessions plus entry to Fun Run

Details: £45 for Group Training Membership for 5 weeks (instead of 4),
including ‘Learn To Run’, unlimited Group training sessions and entry to Fun Run.

Don’t worry if you can’t join our team in London! You can follow the Learn to Run programme online in your SUPERchick Online Training Locker

Join us online:

Simply download the ‘Learn to Run’ programme in ‘Training Programmes’ within the Events programme file in the SUPERchick Online Training Locker.

Your Goal:

For your goal date, mark out a 10k route near you home by using mapmyrun.com and complete a 10k alongside all other SUPERchicks on Saturday 30th October at 10.00am or if you fancy a road trip, feel free to join us at the SUPERchick Fun Run in Richmond Park and contact us for more details on info@iamsuperchick.com.
