What happens at BOOTcamp?:
Week One
Day 1
Session: SUPERchick Personal Best and Intro Session
Description: All SUPERchicks record their PB’s and start the week with a light session
Day 2
Session: Cardio Based Workout
Description: Focusing on getting the body to burn calories, this session introduces SUPERchicks to cardio so that they can feel comfortable challenging themselves for the year ahead.
Day 3
Session: Resistance and Stretching
Description: This session works the whole body and allows SUPERchick to learn about which areas they want to focus on most.
Day 4
Session: Cardio Based Workout
Description: Aimed to give every SUPERchick confidence in their abilities, no matter how unfit they feel, this session takes them back to the good old fashioned art of fat burning.
Day 5
Session: SUPERchick Circuit Class
Description: An all round class, class designed fun and dynamic as Friday exercise should be.

Session: SUPERchick Saturday
Description: SUPERchick BOOTcampers are welcome to also join the SUPERchick Saturday Class in Battersea 09.30-10.30am
Week Two
Day 6
Session: SUPERchick Games
Description: Exercising and laughing, worth it to make Mondays fun!
Day 7
Session: Cardio Based Workout
Description: Focusing on getting the body to burn calories, this session introduces SUPERchicks to pushing themselves slightly further than the previous week, increasing the challenge for themselves.
Day 8
Session: Resistance and Stretching
Description: Utilising exercises completed the previous week and adding specific posture based exercises this session educates members in the importance of keeping the body mobile and flexible.
Day 9
Session: Cardio Based Workout
Description: The final Cardio session for BOOTcampers, this will be a chance for participants to go for one final charge!
Day 10
Session: SUPERchick Personal Best and SUPERcircuit Class
Description Repeating your original PB workout to see how far you’ve come! The SUPERchick BOOTcamp Finale, this class will mix up challenging exercises with ‘out of the ordinary’ SUPERchick creativity.

Session: SUPERchick Saturday
Description: SUPERchick BOOTcampers are welcome to also join the SUPERchick Saturday Class in Battersea 09.30-10.30am.
SUPERchick Founder, Cat Dugdale will take you through your own BOOTcamp in your front room. No need to pack your gym bag, just make sure you have some space, some water and a mat or a towel.
