SUPERchick BOOTcamp allows you two weeks of intensive training to kick start your exercise regime.

Our BOOTcamp schedule:


Week One

Day 1
Session:          SUPERchick Personal Best and Intro Session
Description:     All SUPERchicks record their PB’s and start the week with a light session

Day 2

Session:          Cardio Based Workout
Description:     Focusing on getting the body to burn calories, this session introduces SUPERchicks to cardio so that they can feel comfortable challenging themselves for the year ahead.

Day 3
Session:          Resistance and Stretching
Description:     This session works the whole body and allows SUPERchick to learn about which areas they want to focus on most.

Day 4
Session:          Cardio Based Workout
Description:     Aimed to give every SUPERchick confidence in their abilities, no matter how unfit they feel, this session takes them back to the good old fashioned art of fat burning.

Day 5
Session:          SUPERchick Circuit Class
Description:     An all round class, class designed fun and dymnamic as Friday exercise should be.

Day 6                 (Optional)
Session:          SUPERchick Saturday
Description:     SUPERchick BOOTcampers are welcome to also join the SUPERchick Saturday Class in Battersea 09.30-10.30am

Week Two


Day 7
Session:          SUPERchick Personal Best and Intro Session
Description:     All SUPERchicks record their PB’s and start the week with a light session.

Day 8
Session:          Cardio Based Workout
Description:     Focusing on getting the body to burn calories, this session introduces SUPERchicks to pushing themselves slightly further than the previous week, increasing the challenge for themselves.

Day 9
Session:          Resistance and Stretching
Description:     This session will stay mostly the same for Week 2 BOOTcampers however exercises should feel more comfortable and therefore participants will be able to challenge themselves further, increasing results.

Day 10
Session:          Cardio Based Workout
Description:     The final Cardio session for BOOTcampers, this will be a chance for participants to go for one final charge!

Day 11
Session:          SUPERchick Circuit Class
Description      The SUPERchick BOOTcamp Finale, this class will mix up challenging exercises with ‘out of the ordinary’ SUPERchick creativity.

Day 12                 (Optional)
Session:          SUPERchick Saturday
Description:     SUPERchick BOOTcampers are welcome to also join the SUPERchick Saturday Class in Battersea 09.30-10.30am.

SUPERchick BOOTcamps are held in SUPERchick Group Training locations:

  • Battersea Park @ 06.30am-07.30am Mon-Fri

Cost:
Two week SUPERchick BOOTcamp
  

  • £99 for Non Group Training Members   
  • £45 for Group Training Members (must provide membership number to get discounted price)
