Eats everything and can only cook one thing, spag bol, but does it very well indeed.

Trainer and Client who one day endured a particularly painful training session in Battersea Park, made worse naturally by two accompanying hangovers. They sought comfort in a glass of water and a cup of tea afterwards and it was during this hearty breakfast they had an idea to make personal training affordable and accessible to women like themselves.
